Dynamic opponent difficulty

I added dynamic opponent difficulty. Opponents now compare their average speed with the player's average speed and modify their skill accordingly. They increase their skill faster than decrease. This way the player will get away from them in a short period of time if he drives very good. On the other hand, if the player stays behind, he will have a harder time gaining on the opponents.
